Torsion partners with German data security specialists I.Tresor

Data governance specialists Torsion Information Security welcomes an exciting new partnership with I.Tresor to meet the surging demand from businesses in the DACH region wanting more control of their data access governance.

Located in Ansbach and Buchen in Odenwald, I.Tresor works with companies to secure their data with leading vendors such as Veritas, Microsoft and SolarWinds to name a few.  Adding Torsion to this platform, completes a prestigious portfolio that enables I.Tresor to offer their end customers the ability to see “who is accessing what data, when and why”.

Torsion integrates with existing collaboration systems such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, to give visibility and control over sprawling access to files and folders by automatically monitoring who is accessing what information and when.

“During the Covid 19 work from home period, and with more German companies moving to O365, having good visibility of file sharing has become a real concern for our customers” commented Holger Mundt, CTO and Co-founder of I.Tresor. “Data security is a key service area for us and Torsion fills a gap in the market that places businesses in complete control of their day to day sharing of data. With collaboration and cybersecurity risks on the rise it’s the perfect time to offer the new Torsion platform.”

Peter Bradley, CEO, Torsion adds: “I.Tresor are leaders when it comes to data security and governance throughout Germany.  This is a great market to be entering with such an experienced and credible partner.”
