Prior to founding Torsion Information Security, Peter had been working in the SharePoint and Information Management Consulting industry for over 13 years. He has provided solution architecture, software development, business analysis, project management and change management expertise to hundreds of clients, with four different major consulting firms, across dozens of industries in several countries including the UK, US, Switzerland and Australia. He has worked side-by-side with some of the best known names in the SharePoint community.
Having successfully delivered many SharePoint systems large and small over the years, Peter's decision to start Torsion Information Security was born of frustration with the status quo security capabilities in SharePoint, and a firm belief that a better approach is needed. His 50/50 split focus between business and technical perspectives has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the problems with SharePoint security, and to both conceive of Torsion solutions and lead them to fruition.
